TranslateColor typo #245
Description
The TranslateColor section misidentifies &H80000012 as "button face", when it should be "button text" (black on Windows 10/11 theme). Button face is &H8000000F.

oleColor = &H8000000F ' SystemColorConstants.vbButtonFace in WDL
