Adds Common Errors sections for VBA Conversion, Math, DateTime, Information and Interaction's non-interactive procedures, measures 64-bit VBA as a fourth runtime, files 12 queued defects upstream and queues 11 new ones.

• Run-time errors: 82 pages, 1,061 cases: Conversion 23 pages (299 cases), Math 15 (132), DateTime 17 (328), Information and Interaction 27 (302). Date = and Time = with a number, and Partition and Choose with large numbers, are documented as extensions. Next is batch 6b, Interaction's interactive procedures.
• Tooling: errors.mjs run and messages also measure 64-bit VBA, run in 64-bit Access (scripts/lib/vba.mjs), beside twinBASIC 32-bit and 64-bit and VB6, after fafalone pointed it out. Every case agrees with the data, and NOTEs on 17 pages now say VB6 and 64-bit VBA. Hex of a double of 2^62 or more raises 6 in 64-bit VBA too, so that defect is withdrawn and the Hex, Oct and Bin pages state the limit. A case can also name a harness in the data (errors/harnesses/<name>.bas, one source for twinBASIC and VB6): clock covers Date and Time, registry the settings procedures.
• Defects filed (12, Hex, Oct and Bin raise error 6 for a Double or Single from 2^62 up, though the value fits a LongLong twinbasic#2536 to 2547): their entries move to bugs/filed/. Three were queued by the constructors PR (negative-zero text, two initializer defects) and two by the Strings PR (ReDim, String with Null). The rest come from Conversion (Val, Error$, CDate, Hex) and Math (Abs, trigonometry above 2^63, Round). The Hex one is the withdrawn defect above.
• Defects queued (11, BETA 1010): each has a reproducer under bugs/ with a VB6 side, and the earlier queued entries gain the 64-bit VBA result.
  • DateTime (7): assigning to Date, Date$, Time and Time$; DateAdd before year 100; DateAdd and DateDiff of a date number out of range; DatePart of a Null date; firstdayofweek and firstweekofyear out of range; DatePart("ww") in year 100, which never returns.
  • Information and Interaction (4): refused arguments raise Unspecified error in place of 5, 6, 9, 13 or 438; CreateObject and GetObject raise the raw HRESULT in place of 429 or 432; a COM object's own error reaches CallByName as &H80020009; RaiseEventByName ends the program for an object that declares no events.
