Summary
Publish the released 0.2.1 API documentation at
https://jtest.jo-lang.org/0.2.1/and make the site root redirect to that version. Add 0.2.1 to the append-only docs manifest after its unified API archive and SHA-512 checksum are available in the GitHub release. Keep 0.1.0 and 0.2.0 available at their existing URLs.Check list
CHANGELOG.md— documentation publication is covered by the 0.2.1 release notes.Validation:

The root now selects 0.2.1. Direct version URLs and API symbol fragments are preserved. Package versions and runtime behavior are unchanged by this docs-manifest update.
