[Feat] Use shizuku for quick apk installation

If the user has shizuku installed and turned on, the app now uses it to install the compiled app over package manager.

Closing for now. The branch predates the move to app/ and no longer applies. Two design points would need to change too: Shizuku installs skip the OS confirmation, and the tree's install path runs before the check that only build outputs can be installed. A version that's opt-in from Settings and limited to APKs the IDE built would be welcome as a new PR.
