Among other updates, numpy goes from 2.5.3 to 2.5.4 on Python 3.12 and later. ## Fixes needed for the refresh - **ty (`invalid-argument-type`) in `qcore/src_site_dist.py`**: the newer numpy type stubs say `ndarray.searchsorted` on a scalar returns `float64`. That made `plane_ix` a float64 in `calc_rx_ry`, and ty rejects a float64 as a list index for `top_edges[...]` and `plane_infos[...]`. I wrapped the `searchsorted` result in `int(...)` so the index is a plain Python int. Runtime behaviour is unchanged, because the value was already an integer index. All checks pass locally: ruff-format, ruff, deptry, npdlint, ty and pytest (176 passed).
