Please update the changes entry for 3.8.6 to state that telemetry is enabled by default and how to disable it, e.g.:
"changes": "NEW: anonymous usage telemetry, enabled by default (opt out via jmeter.ai.telemetry.enabled=false or FEATHER_WAND_TELEMETRY=0); bug fixes."
Updated the changes description for version 3.8.6 to include details about anonymous usage telemetry.
