🎯 Summary

This PR establishes full hyperlink integrity and SPA containment across the DSA Living Documentation portal:

  1. Purged Notebook-Style Footers & Linkage Tables:
    • Stripped all legacy notebook footers (*← [Chapter X: ...] | [Chapter Y: ...] →*, ## 🧭 Navigation, ## 🔗 Cross-Pillar Linkage & Navigation, and cross-pillar markdown tables) from theoretical chapters, Tree chapters, and Graph chapters.
  2. Eradicated Local Filesystem Paths:
    • Cleaned all 52 occurrences of file:///Users/aparv/... from source walkthrough markdown files.
    • Docs compiler scripts/build-docs.py now automatically strips any residual local filesystem paths.
  3. Internal SPA Anchor Resolution:
    • Upgraded compiler to translate chapter links into on-page single-page DOM anchors (#fund-theo-*, #fund-trees-*, #fund-graphs-*, #fund-engine-*, #pattern-*).
    • Converts source .py references to inline semantic badges (<code>...</code>) preventing broken external GitHub repo jumps.
    • All 421 internal fragment anchors on the compiled site resolve 100% to valid DOM element IDs with zero 404s.
  4. Added Gate 15 (Hyperlink Integrity & Local Path Prevention Linter):
    • Added deterministic scripts/audit_links_and_anchors.py to scripts/test-docs.sh, Makefile (make test-links), and .github/workflows/ci.yml asserting zero local paths, zero raw .md/.py links, and 100% internal anchor resolution.
