Summary

  • Set VERSION to 0.1.0-canary.1 and regenerate all host packages. Claude Code gets verified first; Codex and Cursor follow; stable 0.1.0 comes once all three pass.
  • The updater's bump() now advances -canary.N (as well as -dev.N and stable patch), so upstream skill updates keep reaching canary testers.
  • The generator adds a Claude marketplace description (clears the claude plugin validate warning) and Claude-only homepage, repository, keywords in plugin.json. Codex and Cursor manifests only change version, because those fields weren't verified against their schemas.
  • README: public Claude Code install section, canary status, updated evidence and remaining gaps. CHANGELOG: 0.1.0-canary.1 entry.

Verification

  • 37 tests OK. The new manifest assertion fails on the old generator, and the new canary bump assertion fails on the old updater.
  • sync.py --check: 412 files, no drift. git diff --check clean.
  • claude plugin validate passes for the catalog and plugin with no warnings (Claude Code 2.1.283).
  • Local-folder marketplace install into an isolated CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR: vstack@vllnt-stack 0.1.0-canary.1 installed and enabled, with 22 skills.
  • Independent review of the generator, manifest, and changelog changes found no issues.

Not done (separate authority)

  • Making vllnt/stack public, tagging, installing from the GitHub source, and submitting to any marketplace.
