Move the Sandbox deploy onto the shared lifecycle library. A deploy now splits identity checks (agent, owner, thread, management marker) from liveness checks, and reuses a Sandbox only while it is a live, Running session with a matching launch fingerprint. Each refusal names the lifecycle state (ended, ending, unknown, deleting) so the desktop can offer the right explicit action. New Sandboxes record whether checkpoint-on-stop is configured and use a File termination message policy so the harness receipt reaches the container status. Add an in-memory apiserver that drives the real kube::Client request path, and document the Sandbox lifecycle states and tombstones. Signed-off-by: Tee8z <tee8z@protonmail.com>

@thebrandonlucas please review this PR, layer 11 of 23 in the remote-agent stack. Assigned to @tee8z. CodeRabbit's review has no outstanding actionable findings at |
Make deployment honor Sandbox lifecycle state. Refuse ended or ending sessions and reject a live Sandbox whose owner, thread, or launch intent differs. Return stable provider error codes for callers that need to offer explicit recovery.
Validation: lifecycle-aware deployment, identity, and conflict regressions passed in the provider suite.
This layer exceeds 1,000 changed lines because the deploy state machine and its refusal cases share the same resource observations. Keeping them together avoids an intermediate deployment path that could reuse an incompatible live session.
Stack: layer 11 of 23. Base: #13. Next: #15. One signed commit per layer.
Final integrated checks passed: ACP/provider/reaper tests and Clippy; 3,451 native desktop tests (19 ignored); native Clippy; desktop TypeScript and lint; root security; and file-size checks. The frontend run passed 7,008 tests before the final type-only extraction and test formatting. Repository-wide
just ciand GitHub CI are still running. No human runtime acceptance is claimed. The fresh-deploy regression test also checks that the credential environment and Secret owner reference carry the exact initial Pod UID. The production-path test passed.
