What's new in this PR?

• Port the legacy zautomation Keycloak + SCIM SSO provisioning flow into AndroidX test support.
• Add backend helpers and clients for Keycloak SSO setup, SCIM token creation, and SCIM-managed user provisioning.
• Add two AndroidX SSO tests: one covering Keycloak SSO-only login, and one covering Keycloak SSO login for a SCIM-managed user. Also updated SSO login criticalFlow test to use Keycloak.

This PR replaces the deprecated Okta-based SSO test setup by adding Keycloak + SCIM provisioning support and the corresponding SSO test coverage.
