Reviewed the gulrak/filesystem formula, its module registry, and the linked Conan contract. The CMake install, relocatable pkg-config metadata, consumer test, and v1.4.0 version floor are consistent with the upstream package and LLAR’s current formula API.
Verification completed with LLAR’s actual test command for v1.4.0, v1.5.8, v1.5.12, v1.5.14, and v1.5.16 on Linux amd64, including a repeated v1.5.14 cache-hit consumer run. No actionable correctness or regression findings.

Adds the LLAR Formula for gulrak/filesystem from the pinned Conan Center ghc-filesystem recipe.
The Formula builds and installs the upstream CMake interface target, publishes relocatable pkg-config metadata, and runs the Conan consumer against the installed headers.
Closes #305
