docs: add the promo video and everything that rebuilds it - #50

With YMCP_PROMO set, the board, ymcp setup and the pipeline wizard run a scripted scene on made-up data and write their frames, every sixteenth note of the track, for docs/promo. Without it they are skipped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
