With macOS 26+ "Tinted" icon style, a flat legacy .icns can't be recoloured, so the Dock showed a grey tile.

  • Icon Composer icon desktop/assets/Clockwize.icon (indigo fill, glass ring + hands layers), compiled by electron-builder/actool into Assets.car with tintable/light/dark variants (CFBundleIconName) plus a generated .icns fallback.
  • Version 1.2.0 to invalidate cached icons; loading screen and dev Dock icon use the new artwork; removed the unused legacy .icns.

With the "Tinted" icon style (set on this Mac) macOS recolours every app
icon. A flat legacy .icns has no layers to recolour, so the Dock showed a
grey tile. Ship an Icon Composer icon instead: indigo fill, glass ring and
hands as separate layers, compiled by electron-builder/actool into
Assets.car (CFBundleIconName) with tintable, light and dark variants and
a generated .icns fallback. Version bumped to 1.2.0 so cached icons are
invalidated; the loading screen and dev Dock use the new artwork.
