Summary

The README no longer says CI runs the suite on Python 3.10, 3.12 and 3.13; it now names the versions the workflows actually use.

Type

  • Audit
  • Explainer
  • Bug fix
  • Other

Details

  • README.md: the test suite and audits run on 3.12 (audits.yml, benchmark-diff.yml, external-links.yml), lint and the explainer build on 3.11 (lint.yml, build-explainers.yml, favicons.yml). 3.10 and 3.13 are still supported (requires-python = ">=3.10") but not tested in CI.
  • CONTRIBUTING.md only says "Python 3.10 or newer" in the prerequisites and makes no CI version claim, so it is unchanged.

Checks: check_em_dash.py, check_broken_links.py and check_generated_files_current.py pass.
