Adds monitoring for the Steakhouse Confidential Prime USDC Morpho V2 vault on Ethereum (risk level 1).
VAULTS_V2_BY_CHAIN[Chain.MAINNET]inprotocols/morpho/config.py, which enables both hourly market/risk/liquidity monitoring (markets_v2.py) and daily governance monitoring (governance_v2.py).MARKETS_RISK_1, so risk level 1 is appropriate.
