docs: update for the 0.25.1 / yoagent-rutis 0.1.1 release - #273

yoagent-rutis is on crates.io (README status, root README); the crate docs mention images, plugin logs and the ecosystem adapters; the README links the design philosophy and names the ecosystems; the changelog no longer calls pi 'in review' and lists the docs added since 0.25.0.
