🔭 About & Academic Profile

I am an astrophysicist and graduate researcher based in Padua, Italy, pursuing my Master of Science in Astrophysics and Cosmology at the Università degli Studi di Padova (Department of Physics and Astronomy "Galileo Galilei"). Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physics at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Indonesia, concentrating on theoretical, computational physics, and astronomical data analysis.

My academic trajectory centers on:

  • Observational Astrophysics & AGN: Investigating Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN), relativistic jets, and positional stability of reference quasars.
  • Astronomical Interferometry: Multi-element aperture synthesis, UV-plane spatial frequency sampling, van Cittert-Zernike theorem, and high-resolution instrumentation (ALMA, VLTI, and Intensity Interferometry).
  • Radio Astronomy & Instrumentation: Sub-millimeter detection devices and radio continuum/spectral line data reduction.
  • Statistical Signal Analysis: Frequency and positional stability metrics using Overlapping Allan Standard Deviation $\sigma(\tau)$ to isolate white noise, flicker noise, and random-walk processes.

  • Evaluated 33 years of Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) observations (1990–2023, 6,342 sessions) from the International VLBI Service for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS).
  • Modeled ICRF-3 reference coordinates using Vienna VLBI and Satellite Software (VieVS) and validated against the Paris Observatory Geodetic VLBI Center.
  • Demonstrated white noise dominance ($\tau^{-1/2}$ slope) at short sampling intervals ($\tau \lesssim 10^3$ days), establishing the core positional stability of Quasar 4C31.61 (2201+315) for International Celestial Reference Frame realizations.

🛰️ Research Experience & Academic Coursework
