Omitting
max_concurrent_jobsnow gives a Runner Job execution limit of 32. Explicit settings (including 4) remain unchanged, and validation remains 1–64. Desktop uses 32 only as the editing default; effective capacity continues to come from Server observations.Updates English/Chinese Runner and Desktop guides and records the current behavior separately from the tuning inventory’s historical baseline. Polling ordinary-request dispatch remains 4; ACP and persistent-shell limits are unchanged. Hot reload is a separate follow-up PR.
Validation on mini:
No production configuration, deployment, service restart, or merge performed.
CI at
e9cf2b824: all selected checks passed, including Linux Server/Runner/workspace/tooling, macOS core, Windows core/Runner, contract and MCP conformance. Workflow: https://github.com/yyjeqhc/webcodex/actions/runs/40487429494 . Platform jobs outside this PR's selected matrix were skipped. Independent Trace PR: #1326; hot-apply follow-up: #1325.
