Successful HTML responses are projected as empty reads or acknowledged writes, and malformed build-log stream lines become invented log rows.
Required behavior and acceptance criteria:
- Unreadable successful JSON or log responses produce a nonretryable connector error after one request. Valid JSON, valid log streams, and legitimate no-content mutations continue to work; HTTP failure classification remains intact.
- Add a regression reproducing the failure and verify the applicable Node and Workers suites.
