Every node mounts
PUT /debug_logging(fromlearning_loop_node/rest.py), which switches the node's own logger betweenINFOandDEBUGat runtime. It was only described in the route's docstring, so nobody looking at the README could find it.This adds a short "Debug logging" subsection under "General Usage" with the two curl calls, the error case and the note that the setting does not survive a restart.
Documentation only, no code changes.
