Required Software

• MATLAB 2019a
• BioFormats MATLAB Toolbox

Installation

1. Download this repository. (You should see a folder called Beta_Function_Analysis)
2. Download the BioFormats MATLAB Toolbox (You should see a folder called something similar to bfmatlab)
3. Add the Beta_Function_Analysis folder to your MATLAB path
4. Add the bfmatlab folder to your MATLAB path
