The downloadable assets moved from SysBioChalmers/raven-data to CompMetEng/toolbox-assets. That repository now holds the assets of RAVEN, raven-toolbox, GECKO and geckopy. GitHub redirects the old URLs, so released versions keep working.

  • The baked registries in data.py and binaries.py, and data/manifest.json and data/manifest.example.json, use the new URLs; the checksums are unchanged.
  • publish_to_raven_data.py is renamed publish_to_toolbox_assets.py, with CompMetEng/toolbox-assets as its default repository. make_registry_snippet.py and build_binary_bundles.py default to the same release prefix.
  • CONTRIBUTING.md, scripts/README.md and the docstrings that named raven-data are updated; the CHANGELOG entries of earlier releases are left as they were.
  • After merging, data/manifest.json can be published as manifest-v2 with publish_to_toolbox_assets.py.

ensure_kegg_taxonomy() downloads and verifies the taxonomy file from the new repository. The test suite gives 1,084 passed, the same as develop; test_io_git.py::test_standard_gem_layout fails on both with an import error.

The same move in RAVEN: SysBioChalmers/RAVEN#764

raven-data moved to CompMetEng/toolbox-assets. The baked registries, the
manifest, the publishing and registry scripts and the docs point there;
publish_to_raven_data.py is renamed publish_to_toolbox_assets.py.
