Automated paper audit software: upload a paper PDF and BioRigor completes a four-dimension critical audit — conceptual novelty, dry-lab methods, wet-lab figures, and source-data numerical forensics — and generates an English HTML audit report.

The engine is the original Claude Code CLI in headless mode + the DeepSeek official API (Anthropic-compatible endpoint; any compatible provider can be substituted). The audit logic comes from the bundled microbiome-reproduction skill system (workflow-extractor for workflow extraction + paper-audit for the four-dimension audit). Image and Excel forensics are precomputed by local programs (hash/dHash/NCC panel-reuse detection; digit distributions and cross-sheet duplicate-row detection), with no dependency on multimodal interfaces.

Quick Start

Development: cd desktop && npm install && npm start

Build (Windows): desktop\build\build.bat — outputs a portable exe and an installer in desktop\dist\

On first use, open the app → Settings → enter your API key (any Anthropic-compatible provider).

Security Notes

• This repository contains no API keys, no user data, and no build artifacts
• API keys are entered by each user on the Settings page and stored locally only
