Sparse signal samples such as [0, null, 4] currently disappear from Analytics and Atlas. Render isolated readings as points while keeping missing hours as gaps, including a single zero-valued sample.

Atlas drags now belong to the initiating pointer. A second pointer cannot move or commit the drag, competing starts cannot overwrite cleanup, and drop/cancel/lost capture/window blur/unmount release the capture and listeners. Keyboard reordering is retained.

Fixes #161. Fixes #162.

Validation: 13 focused regression tests passed using Node 24; the new tests reproduced the missing samples, wrong-pointer commit and leaked callbacks before the fix. TypeScript build passed. Full CI is required before deployment. This targets dev1 and can be reviewed independently of the Topology port.

This commit is included in #165 and deployed on dev1.meshcore.ca as part of v2.1.0-dev1.1. The paired candidate passed 1,350 web tests plus real Atlas card, persistence and Heard by checks. This PR remains independently reviewable and unmerged.
