Add the preview's Topology page to the current Atlas-only dev1 baseline. The page uses the global region selector, compact controls, left-drag pan, right-drag orbit, wheel zoom, fullscreen, anchored region labels and an expandable live-activity panel. Route windows use one bounded backend snapshot instead of route pagination. Camera state survives data/style refreshes.

Live traffic is bounded and pauses rendering when hidden. Short Public-message bubbles show the sender and anchor to the first known reporting observer or uniquely resolved relay; they expire and have a display toggle. Public identity comes from successful default-key decryption, not a channel name or short hash. Cached regional scope metadata is available in the node inspector.

The paired server validates suspect TRACE evidence. This UI hides questionable trace/ping observations by default, provides an explicit reveal option and reasons, and prevents suspect paths from drawing confident map routes. The branch also includes #164's isolated-sample chart and Atlas drag fixes so the dev1 candidate can be evaluated together. No repeater telemetry or Collector integration is included.

Closes #163. Targets dev1; preview version 2.1.0-dev1.2. Requires MeshCore-Beacon/beacon-server#225 before deployment. The existing broader experimental PR remains separate.

Validation: build, lint and 1,355 tests across 157 files passed in CI, including Topology, Public chatter, route gaps, trace handling, navigation, region changes and Atlas regressions. The exact candidate image passed its Actions build. The qualified candidate is now deployed on dev1.meshcore.ca; see runtime evidence below.

The branch includes current dev1 7400d2a: the Atlas phone toolbar, uniform card heights and Observer notes. It is based on the latest dev1 head and preserves those improvements alongside Topology and #164.

Runtime qualification: web 9209d9388815ea2c4fea64931094d51a9dea66b8 / v2.1.0-dev1.2 is deployed on dev1.meshcore.ca, pinned to the Actions digest sha256:78ce46c44221abe8f2876e784d6678da8ae2951084af4ce2eafe63072dd06fd2. Backend 1d3f7ce remained running. All 27 public assets match. A fresh browser load showed 4,428 nodes, 12,055 connections and live traffic, with no browser warnings/errors. The 24h endpoint returned 8,154 route links.

Only the frontend container changed. Backend/data/configuration/other containers were preserved, and the prior frontend image was saved and load-verified for rollback. This is a deployed open-PR candidate, not a merge into dev1. Until this PR is merged, deploying plain dev1 can remove Topology; retain the pinned combined candidate while evaluating it.

Separate backend release concerns remain MeshCore-Beacon/beacon-server#224 and MeshCore-Beacon/beacon-server#226. They are not fixed by this frontend PR.

For the current release review, this original Topology port is now a reference implementation. Its required behavior is carried forward in the consolidated core: server #266/#267 and web #182/#183, including later upstream cursor/read-model/retry work and the new performance follow-up.

Please use the project roadmap and MeshCore-Beacon/beacon-docs#45 to choose the accepted sequence. Keep this PR recoverable until that acceptance; an old green build should not be merged independently over the newer database/API baseline or treated as proof that stopped dev1 is running it.
