Dependency review: safe to merge

  • Scope: One line in src/go.mod and two hashes in src/go.sum, with no new packages.
  • How we use it: We import pflag directly only in src/cmd/document.go, which calls FlagSet.GetString. Everything else goes through cobra.
  • Breaking changes: None that affect us. 1.0.8 renamed ParseErrorsWhitelist to ParseErrorsAllowlist, but 1.0.9 restored the old name as a deprecated alias, and we never used it. The other 1.0.8 changes (less duplicate error output, usage-text tweaks) are harmless. 1.0.10 only fixes a comment and drops a Go 1.13 dependency.
  • Verification: The Tests workflow didn't run because its path filter doesn't match src/go.mod. Locally, go mod verify, go build ./..., go vet ./... and the common tests pass, and the CLI's help output and unknown-flag errors look normal. The cmd/e2e tests fail only with 401s from the live API (no token), and main fails the same way.
