Dependency review: safe to merge

• Scope: One line in src/go.mod and two hashes in src/go.sum. No other modules or Go toolchain version change.
• How we use it: We never import golang.org/x/net directly. go mod why shows it only comes in through go-resty/resty/v2 → x/net/publicsuffix, and none of the changed packages are on that path.
• Upstream changes: 10 commits of bug fixes and hardening in http2, quic and html (tokenizer/parser fixes), with no API removals. Still requires Go 1.25; main is on 1.26.4.
• Verification: The Tests workflow didn't run because its path filter doesn't match src/go.mod. Locally, go mod verify, go build ./..., go vet ./... and the common tests pass. The cmd/e2e tests fail only with 401s from the live API (no token).
