You can install the developmental version of AirPlot from GitHub. To use the development version of AirPlot, it is recommended to also install the development versions of swfscAirDAS and CruzPlot:
# install.packages("pak") # Install remotes package if needed
pak::pkg_install("SWFSC/swfscAirDAS")
pak::pkg_install("SWFSC/CruzPlot@modules")
pak::pkg_install("SWFSC/AirPlot")After updating AirPlot, it is recommended to create and save new workspaces, rather than using workspaces saved with a previous version of AirPlot. Please submit an issue if you run into trouble.
To open and run AirPlot locally on your computer, run the following code in RStudio:
AirPlot::airplot_gui()If text or images overlap within the AirPlot window, you can make the browser window full screen or adjust the text size in your browser (e.g., Ctrl - minus ('-') on Windows systems)
