Adds a persisted language selector for Simplified Chinese, English, and Russian, plus Follow system. English covers all 1,649 source keys from the Russian catalog and includes OAuth pages, native tray items, and notifications. Earlier English wording is credited to InventiveSpark; Russian translation is credited to Ivan4537.
Updated on top of merged PR #25 and current main. User-owned account names, notes, session previews, paths, and skill content stay unchanged through translate="no" / data-i18n-ignore. The current OAuth deadline and login-cancellation fixes are preserved.
Validation: 255 Rust tests passed, 3 ignored; 6 locale regression tests passed; translation coverage/placeholder checks, TypeScript/Vite production build, and macOS .app bundle build passed. In-app browser verification covered all three languages, manual preference persistence, Follow system, and protected user data.
No version bump, release tag, or machine deployment is included.
