What

f_beta_score_analysis.py printed Song-gap (merge): from detections JSON model_config or 0.1s at start-up. It does this before reading the detections JSON, so for window fusion models like Just-Bird (where the song gap is ignored) the line was misleading.

It now prints only the merge flags given on the command line. The resolved settings still follow in the Raw detections: ..., merge: ... line. Scores are unchanged; this is log output only.

Check

On a Just-Bird raw dump:

== flags: none
Merge: from detections JSON model_config or model defaults
Raw detections: 9166 detections, merge: fusion, phrase_gap=0.05s
== flags: --phrase-gap 0
Merge overrides: phrase_gap=0.0 (rest from detections JSON or model defaults)
Raw detections: 9166 detections, merge: fusion, phrase_gap off
== flags: --merge reconstruct --song-gap 0.2
Merge overrides: merge=reconstruct, song_gap=0.2 (rest from detections JSON or model defaults)
Raw detections: 9166 detections, merge: reconstruct, song_gap=0.2s, freq_iou=0.6

The analyzer logged 'Song-gap (merge): ... or 0.1s' before reading the
detections JSON, which is wrong for window fusion models like Just-Bird.
It now lists only the merge flags given on the command line; the resolved
settings still follow in the 'Raw detections: ..., merge: ...' line.
