The New Chat screen has two rows, "Create a New Group" and "Create a New Community Chat". The forms they open were titled "New Private Group" and "New Public Group", so the title changed between the row and the screen.
This renames the navigation title in
NewPublicGroupScreento "New Group" (private) and "New Community Chat" (public), and updates the doc comments inNewPublicGroupScreen,NewPublicGroupModelandAppRouter+Destinationto match.The Android app gets the same fix in a sibling PR.
