### Event source

The extension's events had the `source`
`//firebaseextensions.googleapis.com/extensions/projects/<project>/instances/<instance>`.
The kit's events have the function's service as their `source`:
`projects/<project>/locations/<region>/services/kit-<instance id>-generateResizedImage`.

A trigger that filters on the extension's `source` receives no events from the
kit, and nothing reports an error. Change the filter to the new value. To keep
instances apart on a shared channel, you can instead give each instance its
own `EVENTARC_CHANNEL`.
