Prepares the Jig v0.2.0 release from the current main branch.

Included:

  • synchronized application versions at 0.2.0
  • refreshed changelog, packaging, install, and known-issue documentation
  • Rust 1.98 Clippy compatibility fix

Validated locally:

  • frontend check: 71 tests and production build
  • Playwright: 4 tests
  • Rust 1.98 Clippy with warnings denied
  • full Rust workspace test suite

Draft blocker: the requested replacement logo attachment is truncated at 4 KiB. The final icon assets and release publication will be added after the complete PNG is available.

Synchronize Cargo, npm, Tauri, and protocol catalog versions at 0.2.0. Refresh packaging, installation, known-issue, and release documentation for Jig and add the v0.2.0 changelog. Also satisfy the Rust 1.98 Clippy gate that currently fails on main.
Keep the assertion tied to the two-second supervisor interval while using the production-like one-second reap deadline from the shared test configuration. This avoids treating a loaded macOS runner's inability to reap within 50 ms as a runtime failure.
refactor(desktop): make canvas the only shell
