feat(web): restructure Settings to match the Android app - #1463

…tion setRadioSection/setModuleSection replaced the whole section with the form's zod output, which strips keys the schema doesn't declare. Saving a section therefore sent protobuf defaults for every field without a form control (e.g. LoRa paFanDisabled/ignoreIncoming, Power lsSecs, RangeTest clearOnReboot). Merge the staged value over the current working/baseline section instead.
Settings now follows Android's SettingsScreen: a Configuration group with User, LoRa, Channels and Security as their own pages, Device and Module configuration as tabbed pages, and Administration; then Backup & Restore, Advanced, App and Information groups (pages added in follow-up commits). - One route per page; Device/Module tabs live in ?tab= keyed by the section id instead of the translated label, so they can be linked. - Module tabs follow Android's order. Status Message moves to User. - Network and Bluetooth tabs hide on hardware without them. - Sidebar unsaved-change counts now match their section (they were shifted by one section and never counted the owner). - /settings/radio redirects to /settings/lora; the command palette's "Go to config" pointed at a non-existent /config route. - The app sidebar keeps Settings highlighted on its sub-pages.
Replace the tab-per-channel form with Android's channel list: cards with location/uplink/downlink/lock icons, a Primary/Secondary legend, add and delete, and an edit dialog (name, PSK, MQTT uplink/downlink, position and precision). Edits are staged through the config editor and keep fields the dialog doesn't show (useAead, id, isMuted). Drag-to-reorder is not included: chat history is keyed by channel index, so reordering would attach messages to the wrong channel.
- User: Status Message (80 bytes, fw 2.7.20+) after Short Name, saved with the owner in one form. - Security: Packet authenticity first (disabled unless the radio reports XEdDSA), then Direct Message Key, Admin Keys, Logs, Administration with lockdown. Legacy Admin channel removed. - LoRa: Coding Rate Override (presets, fw 2.7.18+) and PA Fan Disabled on boards with a PA fan; presets on/off show only the relevant fields. Frequency Offset, FEM/LNA Mode and Serial HAL Only removed. - Power: ADC multiplier override switch with the value shown when on. - Network: UDP broadcasting switch (only the UDP bit); Ethernet group only on hardware with Ethernet. - Display: Message Bubbles removed. - Device: Triple Click Ad Hoc Ping / LED Heartbeat as positive switches. Removed fields keep their device values via the config editor merge.
- Canned Message: Messages (read from and written to the device via the canned message admin get/set). - External Notification: Ringtone (RTTTL, admin get/set); Active and Use PWM only shown when their output pin is set. - Remote Hardware: Available pins list editor. - Mesh Beacon: Android's three groups (Mesh Beacon, Offered channel, Broadcast targets) with target add/remove, and Android's save rules. - Ambient Lighting: colour picker, numeric RGB behind Advanced. - TAK: team colour swatches; tab only for TAK roles on firmware 2.8+. - Range Test: locked on a public primary channel, as on Android. - Labels follow Android; Telemetry drops the web-only Air Quality Screen field (its value is kept on save). SDK: canned message / ringtone use-cases, ConfigClient signals and sdk-react hooks; ConfigEditor.stageAdminMessage() stages one admin message per key that is sent on commit and cleared by reset.
…out pages Mirrors the non-config sections of Android's Settings screen: - Administration: reboot, reboot into DFU, shutdown, factory reset (device / config) and NodeDB reset, using the existing confirm dialogs. - Backup & Restore: import/export a .cfg device profile, ported from meshtastic#1229, with Android's choose-what-to-include dialog. The private key is left out unless explicitly chosen. Imports are staged in the editor and sent on Save. - Clean node database: remove nodes not heard for N days (or only unknown nodes), keeping our own node, favourites and ignored nodes. - Debug panel: device log records with filter, clear and export. - App: theme and language. Position queued a new setFixedPosition admin message on every form change, and Reset didn't clear the queue, so a reset edit was still sent on the next Save. Stage it under one key instead (replaced on each change, dropped by Reset) and only when the coordinates differ from the node's position. ConfigEditor.reset() now also clears queued messages. Staged admin messages (canned messages, ringtone, fixed position) now count toward their tab's dot and the sidebar's unsaved-change count.
Each useTheme instance kept its own state, so changing the theme in App settings left the sidebar panel's switcher (and vice versa) showing the old value until reload.
Its only field is now edited on the User page, as on Android.
…mounts The form read coordinates only from the node's position, so after switching tabs any further Position edit compared the old coordinates with the node's, found no change and un-staged the new fixed position. Show the staged position in the form instead, and stage it under one shared key so a profile import and the Position page can't both send a setFixedPosition.
The shared Button draws a 2px ring offset 2px outside on :focus, so a clicked sidebar item's ring overlapped the next item (they sit 4px apart). Show the ring only for keyboard focus, inset.
They now live in Settings > App settings, as on Android. The sidebar panel keeps the command menu.
Add a Settings group (after Goto) with User, LoRa, Channels, Security, Device and Module configuration, Administration, import/export, clean node database, debug panel, App settings and About. Each Device and Module configuration tab is a sub-item when searching and opens that tab via ?tab=. The tab lists come from the Settings pages themselves (hardware-hidden tabs and compiled-out modules are left out).

Keep this branch's Settings tab files (main restyled the ones it replaces) and drop SettingsTabs' own dark-mode overrides so the Settings tabs use the shared segmented style.
- The channel edit dialog rounds location precision into 10-19, so a value another client set (e.g. 24) was rewritten and the channel marked changed on a name-only edit. Keep the device's value unless the user changed it. - The profile dialog counted a ticked private key as a selection even after Configuration was cleared and the key disabled, allowing an empty export. Count only rows the user can select.
Radios that never used fixed PIN pairing report a PIN of 0, which the schema rejected, so the Bluetooth page couldn't save. Add a test that every settings form accepts a factory-default radio's config. Co-authored-by: Matt <57228426+xtantaudio@users.noreply.github.com>
