Bazel dependency queries can exceed Node's default 1 MiB output buffer and abort release generation. Raise the limit to 64 MiB and filter external labels in Bazel before returning output to Node. Recreates #22 against `main` after its original base, #13, merged. Preserves the newer regression tests and makes the large-output test portable across platforms. Validation: compilation, lint, 172 targeted tests, and both real Bazel workspace integration tests pass. --------- Co-authored-by: Loïs Postula <lois.postula@fslabs.ca>
