Add native Bitcoin Cash CashAddr codecs, address-codec registration, RPC and universal Rosen extractors, and a dedicated BCH extractor entry. CashTokens and token-aware addresses remain outside the native-only scope.
Independent TypeORM ESM, Ergo/Cardano browser loading and extractor root type-export fixes are extracted from this BCH diff into separate prepared prerequisites. The legacy source-root regression remains visible until its prerequisite is integrated; the dedicated BCH source entry remains isolated.
The public canonical transaction fixture contains the retained parent, unsigned and signed bytes. Its 11 offline cases check Schnorr/ForkID authentication, isolated signed-byte and RPC-projection mutations, and both extractor APIs. No new signing, live funds or broadcast is implied.
This updates an existing draft's scope and evidence. Review of the RCS integration document, design findings and producer releases remain pending. It does not request chain-code review before that document review.
