Fixes the two non-credential failures from the SDK live checks on #5737, #5738, #5740 and #5745.

• Harness: PR runs skip `:batch` model YAMLs. They are OpenAI Batch API variants and return 404 on chat/completions (all 96 are OpenRouter rows with `mode: chat`).
• Model YAMLs: `aws-bedrock/{us,global}.openai.gpt-6.1-terra` add `removeParams: [temperature]`. The provider default declares `temperature`, which the model rejects on `responses/params`.

Not covered: the OpenRouter 402 failures on #5739 and #5744 are an account-credit issue.

Test plan

• `yamllint` and `prettier --check` pass on both YAMLs
• After `build:json`, no planned scenario for either Bedrock model sends `temperature`
• `--files-list` with two `:batch` YAMLs logs both as skipped and exits with "No models to test"
• Harness unit tests pass (28/28)
