Conversation
Adds a docs page for the new `@flowfuse-certified-nodes/s7` Edge Certified Node, at `/docs/flowfuse-nodes/edge/s7/`, and lists it in the Edge index. It's a first, minimal version, laid out like the CIP Suite page: overview, what S7 communication is, supported hardware (with default rack/slot per PLC family), requirements (including the PUT/GET and optimized block access settings S7-1200/1500 need), installation, and the nodes in the suite.

We should also add a variable addressing table similar to the one in this node README.

As stated in the OP, this is very much an MVP so that we have docs on day one - my hope (🤞) is that someone (you 😉) will improve them to the same standard as the CIP Suite 😄 in a future iteration.
