俄语系统会自动显示俄语界面；其他系统继续使用原来的中文界面。

Adds a complete Russian interface to Codex Switcher, including the main screens, settings, hints, notifications, errors, authorization pages, and tray menu.
Russian systems automatically use Russian. Other systems keep the original Chinese interface.

Добавляет полный русский интерфейс Codex Switcher: основные экраны, настройки, подсказки, уведомления, ошибки, страницы авторизации и меню в трее.
На системах с русской локалью автоматически включается русский язык. На остальных сохраняется исходный китайский интерфейс.
