Summary

Prepare the cleanup stack for a new prerelease; 2.0.0-alpha.1 is already published.

• Set all five packages to 2.0.0-alpha.2 and require the updated core in dependent packages.
• Update changelogs, installation examples, and release instructions while preserving published release notes.

Validation

• Full-workspace CI, minimum Dart 3.11.0 / Flutter 3.41.2, API compatibility and clean regeneration passed.
• All five publish dry runs passed without warnings; published changelog history is preserved.
• CI and release preflight passed on 6e26d87. Documentation also passed.

Four live Firebase tests remain skipped. #240 was merged separately into the release base; this PR remains unmerged. No tag or package publication is part of this work.
